She currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer and Societal Impact Leader at Deloitte Middle East, where she leads the transformation of brand, marketing, and executive eminence across the region, while aligning commercial growth with measurable social value.
With more than two decades of leadership experience spanning multinational corporations, government entities, and international humanitarian organizations, Yasmin brings a distinctive cross-sector perspective to institutional transformation. She advises senior executives on reputation strategy, public policy positioning, and stakeholder diplomacy in an increasingly complex geopolitical environment.
Prior to Deloitte, Yasmin held a senior leadership role at Dubai Future Foundation, where she spearheaded strategic global partnerships aligned with UAE Vision 2030, and managed high-level engagements with government leaders, global think tanks, and international consultancies. She is also the co-founder of Basmeh & Zeitooneh, a humanitarian organization that has served over one million beneficiaries and mobilized more than $15 million annually in institutional funding.
A graduate of Harvard Kennedy School and a Fellow of the Center for Public Leadership, Yasmin has been recognized among the Top 100 Global Change Leaders and is the recipient of multiple international peace and leadership awards.
