Rami Zayat is a Partner at DLA Piper, based in the Dubai office, with over 18 years of international experience. He has extensive experience advising clients across a range of sectors on local and cross-border commercial matters, general IT and services contracts, and corporate commercial issues. Rami’s primary focus is on non-contentious IT projects, with particular expertise in delivering large-scale outsourcing, cloud transformations, and managed services transactions.

Rami is also a co-founder and board member of Jusoor, an NGO dedicated to unlocking the potential of Syrian youth by bridging the opportunity gap for displaced youth at every stage of their early careers. He has played an instrumental role in developing and growing the NGO since its inception, including its establishment and licensing, as well as the launch of several programs, most notably the Refugee Education Program.

Rami is licensed to practice law in the states of Michigan, Illinois, and the District of Columbia, and he is a member of the American Bar Association. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Michigan State University College of Law.
