Hawazen Esber is an accomplished Chief Executive Officer with an impressive track record in the real estate development industry. As the CEO of Majid Al Futtaim Development, he is responsible for overseeing the development of the company’s diverse mixed-use portfolio across the MENA region, which includes communities, shopping malls, hotels, and office buildings.

With a background in building engineering and a wealth of experience in the real estate industry, Esber has played a crucial role in the success of Majid Al Futtaim. Prior to his current role, he served as CEO of Communities where he led the development of flagship destinations across the UAE, Oman, and Lebanon. He also leads the Design Studio, which focuses on customer experience, design excellence, innovation, and sustainability.

Esber has an extensive background in real estate and leadership. Prior to joining Majid Al Futtaim, he served as CEO of Al Mouj Muscat, which is Oman’s largest waterfront development.
