Meet our accomplished Syrian American lifelong learner who is on a mission to revolutionize medical education and healthcare systems. With cross-disciplinary expertise and an insatiable appetite for learning, she is a force to be reckoned with.

She is currently working for Dubai Academic Health Corporation (DAHC), within the Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences (MBRU) as Senior Specialist in Strategy and Institutional Excellence and a Program Manager for the DAHC Data Strategy Work Group. Concurrently, she is researching means of nurturing health professionals to equip them with competencies complementary to basic and clinical medical sciences, and how this affects the health professionals’ clinical performance and in turn outcomes of care.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences and Technologies and a Master of Public Health with an emphasis on Healthcare Management and Policy from the esteemed American University of Beirut (AUB) in Lebanon, as well as a Global Master of Business Administration from IE Business School in Spain, she has honed her skills in multiple domains and has a well-rounded understanding of the healthcare industry.
