Currently working at Times Higher Education, Bilal focuses on advancing higher education rankings and fostering development for governments and academic institutions across the Middle East and Africa. In 2020, Bilal established the first international development joint executive master’s program in the MENA region, in collaboration with the Graduate Institute Geneva (HEID).
