Bassem Terkawi is an accomplished leader and coach with over 21 years of experience working with large organizations in the Middle East. He has held several leadership positions within government and private organizations, where he has developed a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and effective leadership strategies.

Since 2013, Bassem has been a faculty member at the Co-Active Institute (CTI) in California, where he holds two roles as a Front of the Room Leader and an Individual Supervisor at CTI’s coach certification program. He is a skilled and experienced coach, having established a successful coaching practice since 2012.

In addition to his work at CTI, Bassem serves as an external advisor for a key organization, where he oversees the design, development, and delivery of tailor-made leadership, personal, and organizational development programs. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this role, having worked with a range of organizations across various sectors.

Bassem holds a Law Degree from Beirut Arab University (BAU) in Beirut and a Higher Diploma in Intellectual Property from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva. When he is not working with clients, Bassem calls Dubai his main home, and he has two other bases in Istanbul and the South of France. He has a passion for exploring new cultures and traveling to experience new places, which he finds enriching both personally and professionally.
