Donia Droubi is an experienced legal and compliance executive with over 20 years of experience across the Middle East and Europe. She is currently the Head of Legal & Compliance for Nestlé’s Coastal Arabia Cluster (UAE, Kuwait, Qatar), where she advises on legal strategy, compliance, ESG, and risk management. Her earlier career includes roles at the Majid Al Futtaim Group and the ICC International Court of Arbitration. Donia holds a law degree from the University of Damascus, dual Master’s degrees from Paris 2 – Assas University, and is an Accredited Mediator.
