My name is Ruba, and I am the Head of Content for the Emirates Loves social media pages. I’m a versatile media professional with over 12 years of experience in Arabic scriptwriting, content creation, production, and translation.
I launched and managed Emirates Loves Syria from its inception, growing it into a thriving community of over 1.6 million followers in just four years. This involved capturing and producing more than 900 videos and featuring over 300 unique success stories of Syrians from around the world—creating a trusted, engaging, and inspiring online community.
My background includes extensive work media and journalism, where I’ve contributed lifestyle stories to leading digital and print publications, including Gheir.com, Nawa3em.com, and A&E magazine.

I’m passionate about telling the stories of individuals who have achieved success through dedication and hard work, and I strive to motivate others through these narratives.

My skill set includes presenting, writing, scripting, directing, voice-over, video production, and content management. I also have experience leading social media teams during both daily operations and live events. I hold a university degree in Media and Journalism from Damascus University and a diploma in Applied Arts and Classic Photography, also from Damascus.

Additionally, my background as a graphic designer and photographer gives me a creative perspective that enhances every aspect of my work.
